It’s National Volunteer Week!
April 18 to 24 is National Volunteer Week. On this week and always, we take this opportunity to acknowledge and thank the many volunteers who have made invaluable contributions across the Grand Erie District School Board.
Volunteer Week celebrates volunteers from all backgrounds and walks of life, whether it’s staff, parents, guardians, students or community members who give their time, energy and wisdom to enhance learning experiences at school. We are also proud of the many contributions that Grand Erie students and staff members who volunteer outside school and working hours have made to make our community and our world a better place.
Let’s take this opportunity to celebrate, recognize, and thank our volunteers, and highlight the important work they do!
