Permission forms for the second ski trip, on February 12th, are now available to be picked up from either the boys or girls PE office. The trip is first come, first serve so make sure you pick up your form and return them as soon as possible!

Please grab one of these sheets if you are unsure how to prepare for you upcoming exams.
The brain can’t function if it’s tired. In order to study effectively, make sure to take breaks while working.
Exercise is proven to help your academic performance. In order to stay focused, it is important to take breaks while studying and get active like running or going for walks.
Eating healthy is very important for proper brain function. Student council is partnering with Food for Thought, to provide you with alternative protein. Be sure to come by between first and second period to pick something up.
No Cafeteria food? No problem! Pizza and pop will be available to purchase every Friday in the library foyer during lunch. $2.00 per slice and $1.00 for pop. Cash only.
After school help is available in the library after school Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Ms. Chapman will be there to help with math on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Ms. Edwards will be there to support literacy on Wednesdays.
Hi Panthers, do you need help with math or english? The homework club is here to help. We meet Thursdays at lunch in portable 5. Bring your lunch, your questions and a positive attitude. We will do our best to help you out!
For all students who want to help out around the school and get community involvement hours for it. Student Council meets every Monday at lunch in the library. We hope to see you there!
