Daily Announcements - May 16th

Summer school registration is open. Please see the poster outside guidance or the PDHS student hub in bright space to register. You only need to complete the Microsoft form to register. There is no paper registration form this year.

Attention grade 12 potential graduates! Please check your personal email for an important graduation survey. Your response is required, so be sure to complete it as soon as possible.

Attention all track athletes! Mrs. Ernst needs your CWOSSA permission forms. Please return these to the girls PE office at the start of lunch. Also, the junior girls 4 x 100 relay team has advanced due to another team withdrawing. If you were a runner or an alternate on this team, please see Mrs. Ernst for a CWOSSA form. Lastly, if you are an athlete whose season is finished, please return your uniform to the girls PE office in order to have your uniform deposit refunded.

Prom tickets are now on sale! Grade 12s can check out their school cash online for tickets and details. Make sure to pick up your prom agreement form in the main office and return it, signed, as soon as possible.

Voting for prom royalty and superlatives has begun! Grade 12s should check their email for the form to cast their vote. Winners will be crowned and announced at prom.

Are you going to prom this year? Need to order a corsage or boutonnieres? We have you covered! Green Industries will be making corsages and boutonnieres for PDHS students attending prom. $15 for a boutonniere, $20 for a corsage. Orders can be placed in the main office or on school cash online. Pick up will be on Thursday May 29th.

Water gun reminder to all students: There are to be no water guns on school property. Any water guns that are seen will be confiscated and disposed of.

The PDHS Homework Help program runs every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 3:00 to 4:30 in the library learning commons. You can access help with math on Tuesdays and Wednesdays with Ms. Chapman or help with English on Thursday with Ms. Edwards. You are welcome to use the space for homework and quiet study on any of these days.

No cafeteria food? No problem! Pizza and pop will be available to purchase every Friday in the library foyer during lunch. $2.00 per slice and $1.00 for pop. Cash only.
