Daily Announcements - June 4th

Congratulations to the girls fastball team who finished 2nd yesterday at the OFSAA East Championship.  This qualifies them for the OFSAA Championship next week!!

Get ready for Panther Day tomorrow!!  You will be with your third period class, so ask your teacher what color to wear, as you can get extra points and could win a pizza party!!  Could all students that have volunteered to run events, could you please meet at 12:00 in the big gym to help set up.

Attention graduating students.  Nominations for valedictorian are open.  Check the grad accounts on the school’s social media pages and Brightspace shells for the link or scan the QR code on the announcement board.  Nominations must be submitted by Sunday June 8th at midnight.

Student Council is running a Panther Day on June 5th this Thursday.  There will be an ice cream truck at lunch, make sure to bring money to get some ice cream!!

Attention students interested in attending junior and senior football camp, practices start Wednesday & Thursday this week.  Permission forms can be picked up from the science or boys phys ed offices, and must be handed in before your practice.  Equipment fitting will be on Tuesday at lunch and after school.  Priority at lunch are those who have to catch a bus or work after school.

Nurse Sarah is here today from 10AM to 2PM and available for services. Please note that next week will be her last week at PDHS before the summer break. If you would like to book an appointment, please text her at (226) 920-8561.

Tickets are on sale on school cash online for the Athletic Banquet on June 10th at the Brantford Golf and Country Club.  Doors open at 5:30.  Tickets are $45.00 – athletes only.  The dress code is spring semi-formal.  Tickets are available until June 4th – please buy your ticket now!

Attention graduating students of 2025!  As we approach the end of the academic year, we kindly ask all potential graduates to check your personal email for an important message regarding the Graduation survey.  This survey is a crucial step in the graduation process.  Please complete this survey as soon as possible.
