Panthers wrestling came to a close at CWOSSA in Kitchener yesterday. Coaches Ms. Bales, Mr. Wildey and Mr. White want to thank all members of the team for a fun and memorable season. You made us proud with your hard work and dedication to the sport. See you on the mats next year.
Student Council will be handing out free waffles at the side of the library today for everyone with a student card.
To all Europe travellers there will be a brief but important meeting today at the beginning of lunch in the foods room.
Attention grade 11 entrepreneurs! Student BIZ is back again this year. Participate in 4 collaborative sessions with the Brant Business Resource Centre to learn about running your own business and then put it into action with a summer co op . Registration deadline is March 28. See Ms. Purdy in guidance for more info.
A few important messages from guidance:
· Course changes for semester 2 are finished. Changes for academic reasons may still be made.
· Course selection for next year is due this Friday, February 21st.
· You can now see how many community involvement hours you have submitted in myBlueprint. It is located under your High School Planner.
The 3rd and final ski / snowboard trip is less than 3 weeks away on March 5th.. Permission forms can be picked up from the boys and girls phys ed offices. Spots on the trip are limited, so return your permission forms to Mr. Thomas or Mr. Wittchen ASAP to secure a spot.
No cafeteria food? No problem! Pizza and pop will be available to purchase every Friday in the library foyer during lunch. $2 per slice and $1 for pop. Cash only.
After school help is available in the library after school Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Ms. Chapman will be there to help with math on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Ms. Edwards will be there to support literacy on Wednesdays.
Hi Panthers, do you need help with math or english? The homework club is here to help. We meet Thursdays at lunch in portable 5. Bring your lunch, your questions and a positive attitude. We will do our best to help you out!
