EMERGENCY SCHOOL CLOSURE PROCEDURE—ZONE 4

DUE TO WEATHER OR OTHER UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES

If inclement weather causes all buses to be cancelled or school is closed due to unforeseen circumstances as announced on radio station CKPC or on the board website (www.granderie.ca) on any of the exam days, the exam for that day would be moved to the next exam day, with all subsequent exams following in succession. Please ensure that you take home all textbooks for courses studied during the semester before the exams begin so that in the event the school is closed, you will have all of your books at home for study purposes.

If a more severe disruption occurs that affects two successive days or more, the exams cancelled would be written in order. Please listen to CKPC for further information or instructions regarding changes to the exam schedule due to disruptions in the regular exam schedule.

All students are requested to make careful note of these procedures so that they do not miss an opportunity to properly complete the evaluation of their courses.
