Supporting Learning in Second Semester
FRIDAY, FEB. 4, 2022
Grand Erie secondary schools are introducing Student Learning Support Days in second semester, providing additional opportunities for students requiring further consolidation of learning to take part in order to meet their achievement goals.
“These days will present a valuable opportunity to enhance learning and provide the specialized support some students in grades 9 to 12 will require this year,” said Kevin Graham, Superintendent of Education overseeing secondary schools. “Depending on individual student progress, these support days will include planned opportunities for students to demonstrate their learning, or recover credits that might be incomplete from quadmesters 1 or 2.”
